Cirrata Notification - Overview
Cirrata Notification was created
to allow a user to notify other Cirrata Folder participants about a change or
deposit of a document into a specific Cirrata Folder Cirrata Notification allows the
notifying party to: 1.
Select which file or folder they want to notify about 2.
Which parties they want to notify 3.
To send a link to the File and the Directory they are notifying about 4.
To notify via Cirrata IM or email or both 5.
To send files as attachments The Cirrata
Notification via (email or IM) will contain: 1.
A brief text message 2.
A link to the reference file 3.
A link to the directory the referenced file is in 4.
A link to the parent directory |
