How to
Confirm Your Login and Password(s): As a Cirrata Client you need to have some or all of the
following Usernames and Passwords before you begin the Setup and Installation
process: o
Cirrata Appliance Name: - all users - (IP Address or
domain name) o
Cirrata Username: - all users o
Cirrata Password: - all users If you do not have your required Usernames and Passwords
please check with your Cirrata Administrator or call the Cirrata Help Desk Cirrata Remote Conferencing/Desktop Access customers may
receive 2 additional Cirrata Usernames for 2 satellite machines Please make sure to write down your Usernames and
Passwords and keep them in a secure place where you can locate them if you
need them Note: Do not install more
than one Cirrata Client with the same Username. This can create problems for
the quality of the Cirrata Service. |
