Cirrata Folder Access Manager - Overview
The Cirrata Folder Access Manager enables
Users with the ability to create directories within their Public Directory
and manage the access to those directories. A Cirrata User can Protect and
Unprotect directories with a simple click of a mouse. To access the Cirrata
Folder Access Manager: If your computer has the Cirrata Client installed: 1. Open the Cirrata Tool
Bar by clicking your mouse on the Cirrata Icon
in the Systems Tray 2. Select Folders 3. Select Web Folder Access If your computer does not have the Cirrata Client
installed: 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. Go to Your Cirrata Homepage by
typing in your URL or clicking on the Cirrata link on Your Website 3. Select Content Management 4. Enter your Username and Password 5. The Cirrata DIM Window will open 6. Click on the Manage button in the upper left
hand corner 7. You should now be in the Folder Access Manager The Cirrata Folder Access Manager is comprised of 4 main
sections: Protected Directories - Lists the directories inside of your Public Folder that
are protected Manage Directories - Allows you to protect existing directories or create new
directories inside of your Public folder Manage Users
- Allows you to create and manage Users Manage Groups - Allows you to create and manage User Groups Home -
