How to
Schedule a Full Backup of Your Computer: o
Your Computer must be on the same Local Area Network as
the Cirrata Appliance in order to run a Full, Incremental or Outlook Backup o
If the Cirrata Scheduler initiates a Backup Session and
your computer is not connected to your Local Area Network the backup Session
will be bypassed 1. Open the Cirrata Tool
Bar by clicking your mouse on the Cirrata Icon
in the Systems Tray 2. Select Backups 3. Select Backup Scheduler 4. Select Set Schedule For Full Backup 5. The Set Full Backup Schedule Window
will appear asking you if you would like to stop automatically running a Full
Backup - answer No 6. Next the Full
Backup Day(s) Window will appear asking you to input the
day(s) of the week you would like to schedule your Full Backups a. Input the day(s) of the week by
inputting the numbers (1 through 7) that represent each day as per the
instructions - then hit OK 7. Next the Full Backup Time Window will
appear asking you to enter the time of day you would like to schedule your
Full Backups a. Enter the time you prefer (using
military time) - then hit OK 8. Your Full Backups should now be
scheduled Important Tip: When the
Cirrata Scheduler kicks off a Full Backup session a window will appear
telling you that the Full Backup session will run in 30 seconds o
If you would like the session to continue you can either hit OK or
do nothing, the session will run automatically o
If you do not want the session to run you can hit Cancel |
