How to Set
Up Cirrata Syncs: 1. Open the Cirrata Tool
Bar by clicking your mouse on the Cirrata Icon
in the Systems Tray 2. Select Info Manager 3. Select Sync Manager 4. The Cirrata Sync Setup window will
appear 5. Step 1 -
Create a name for the Sync 6. Step 2 -
Enter the Cirrata Appliance you will be syncing to 7. Step 3 - Enter
your username 8. Step 4 -
Enter Your password 9. Step 5 -
Select the path to the local folder you wish to sync 10. Step 6 -
Select the path to the Cirrata Folder you wish to sync to

Note: The
target Cirrata Folder must be created before the sync can be established
ii.
If you wish to sync to the Public directory in your Cirrata Repository
the path will be as follows: \username\target
folder name
iii.
If you wish to sync to a folder other than the Public folder in your
Cirrata Repository the path will be as follows: \username-p\target folder name 11. Step 7 (Optional) - If you are using a proxy server to access the Internet you will
need to input the proxy settings. If you are not using a proxy server you can
leave the entries blank. 12. Step 8 -
Click on Create/Modify

You will receive a confirmation if your sync has been created
correctly Other Features: 1.
Schedule: This feature allows you to schedule
how often you want your sync to run. 2.
Sync Now: This feature allows you to
manually sync your folder 3.
Review Log: This feature displays a log of
all the sync activity from the selected sync 4.
Delete: This feature allows you to delete
