How to
Manually Run a Backup of Your Outlook Files: Your Computer should be on the same Local Area Network as
the Cirrata Appliance in order to run a Full, Incremental or Outlook Backup
at LAN speed You must first close Outlook before running Outlook Backup Before you can run Outlook Backup you must first install
Outlook Backup by going to: Backups>Backup
Scheduler>Set Schedule for Outlook Backup on you Cirrata Toolbar 1.
Open the Cirrata Tool Bar
by clicking your mouse on the Cirrata Icon in the
Systems Tray 2.
Select Backups 3.
Select Run Outlook Backup
Now 4.
You will receive a confirmation window informing you that the Outlook
Backup has successfully run 5.
Please make sure to check your Backup Log to confirm your backup |
