The Status Area Overview:

 

  1. The Cirrata Tool Bar is divided into two major sections, the Status Area and the Functionality Area
  2. The Status Area of the Tool Bar contains the information about the current state of your Cirrata functionality
  3. The first section of the Status Area is the Network Status Area which tells you:

a.       Which Cirrata Appliance your Cirrata client is networked to

b.       Which port is being used to communicate with the Cirrata Appliance

  1. The second section of the Status Area is the Active Backups Area which tells you:

a.       If the Full Backup Scheduler is on - you will see an - F -

b.       If the Incremental Backup Scheduler is on - you will see an - I -

c.       If the Outlook Backup Scheduler is on - you will see an - O -

d.       Additionally, by clicking on Schedule Backups a page will open (Backup Log) with additional information about your backups

  1. The third section of the Status Area is the Active Desktop Area which tells you:

a.       If your computer currently has its desktop active and what port is active

b.       If your desktop is active the port number will appear on the right hand side

c.       Additionally, by clicking on the Active Desktops a page will open showing you all the active desktops, see How to See Active Desktops

  1. The fourth section of the Status Area is the Active Sync(s) Area which tells you:

a.       If Cirrata Sync(s) is installed (Yes or No)

b.       Additionally, by clicking on Active Sync(s) you will go to the Cirrata Syncs Log which contains useful information about your Cirrata Sync(s) folders
