Conferencing and Remote Desktop Access - Quick Tips: 1. Always keep your Passwords
secure 2. Make sure you change your Password
often and for each Desktop Session 3. Desktop password must begin with a
letter, do not use passwords that begin with a number 4. When your Desktop session is
activated you will see the Cirrata Desktop Icon in the
System Tray - It will have a Dark Blue center 5. When a Participant comes on your
Desktop the Cirrata
Desktop Icon will change to a Turquoise center 6. If your are a Participant on a Web
Conference or if you are accessing a computer remotely, the screen size can
be adjusted by pulling the corners 7. If you want to move a file from a Desktop
you are accessing remotely back to your computer you have to do it by moving
the file to a Cirrata
Folder and then pulling it out of the Cirrata Folder from your computer
8. We recommend that if you are going
to host a Web Conference you adjust your Screen Settings to no greater than
1024 by 768 pixels. This can be done by clicking your right mouse button on
your open desktop and then going to Properties>Settings>Screen

Desktop Conferencing Control Window cannot be closed during a
Desktop session - however it can be minimized to the Task Bar |
