How to
Access and Navigate in your Cirrata Repository: Cirrata Users can navigate through
their Cirrata Repository using the
Cirrata Explore Tree. The Cirrata Explore Tree looks and works the same way
as Windows Explore in your Windows OS. 1. When the Cirrata DIM Window
is opened a User will see the Cirrata Explore Tree in the left hand side of
the Window. 2. Users will only see the folders to
which they are authorized; other folders will not be shown to them. 3. Read only folders will be displayed
with a red tab 4. A Cirrata User can navigate using
the Cirrata Explore Tree by clicking on the (+ and -) links next to each
folder or clicking on the folder icons to open and close the folder tree 5. When a User wants to open a
specific folder they must click on the selected folder name link 6. The Cirrata Folder will open on
the right side of the screen Note: When a user moves from the Cirrata Explore Tree to the
Folder view on the right side of the window they may be prompted with an IFrame Notification Warning.
In order to turn off this notification a user must open Internet Explorer and
go to: Tools>Internet
Options>Security>Custom Level>Miscellaneous>Launching programs
and files in an IFRAME> (change from prompt to enable) |
